Gone for ages! As I officially put a stop to my work for the year 2007 for my holiday, just want to post up some of the works I have done during this period of absence from the blog. First up being the logo design for Angelz Wedding an arm of Thinker Bell.
Here are 3 of the numerous drafts concepts.
Going for cool, funky and out of the ordinary, this concept wants to bring out the dynamic and creative style of this young wedding planner company. One of their beliefs is that “No idea is too bizarre”.
There was feedback that the doll looked kind of spooky! True enough, there is a tendency for such subjective impression when one color red is used for a human like icon. So other approaches were explored.
This goes for the striking glaring traditional symbol of a wedding but on second look, a subtle angelic presence.
The final choice was a modification of this more direct and elegant approach. You can see the final version at their official website http://www.angelzwedding.com
